Delicious! Vermouth is an unsung hero in spring soups! I use it in my tomato-fennel soup, it's so good!

oh gosh i also have a tomato-fennel soup recipe - i deglaze the pan with a bit of white wine, but will definitely have to try a splash of dry vermouth in the end instead!!
